NESISM  Hosts a Virtual Independence Day Celebration!

Independence Day is the most important day on 15 August for India. Every Year NESISM celebrates Independence Day in the school, since it is pandemic now, from 2 years the programme is conducted online on YouTube.  On this joyful day, NESISM always makes a stage act involving many students to play the role as narrator, the legend and other people connected to the stage act. In between the stage act many students performed different dance and songs like Rang de basanti, janda ucha rahe hamara, and many more songs. Over the years many stage act on different personalities like famous freedom fighters, army men, etc were performed, which were really informative and we gain tremendous knowledge about that particular personality. This year the whole story was based on Vikram Batra.

At the start we also have motivational speech by Directer V Bala Subramanium Sir and the principal Vardarajan Sir. There were some MYP students who were also there for march pass and more.

Captain Vikram Batra, PVC was an officer of the Indian Army. He was awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest and most prestigious award for valour, for his actions during the 1999 Kargil War, during which he led one of the most difficult mountain warfare operations in Indian history.

From the hard work and efforts of the students and teachers of NESISM; we had successfully celebrated Independence Day Virtually.
