 NESISM Celebrates the 75th Independence Day of India Online

On 15th of August, India's Independence Day is celebrated. This is where India was free and won the war from the British rule. On this occasion NESISM had a virtual program on YouTube.

This year NESISM has celebrated the prosopography of Captain Vikram Batra. He was an officer of the Indian Army, awarded with the Param Vir Chakra, India's highest and most prestigious award for valour, for his actions during the 1999 Kargil War. He led one of the toughest operations in mountain warfare in Indian history.

"This program was heart warming. Because of the pandemic, all is online. This celebrates the Independence day of India but this program also tells us that no matter what happens we will prosper Independence Day." a parent.

The program included Captain Vikram Batra's life, it included Dance, Music, Drama and Speech.
